1. INTRODUCTION
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Autonoma software, website, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”). This policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
2. GENERAL CONDUCT
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. PROHIBITED USES
3.1 Illegal Activities
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
- Facilitate illegal gambling or drug trafficking
- Engage in human trafficking or exploitation
- Violate export control or sanctions laws
- Evade taxes or engage in tax fraud
3.2 Harmful Content
You may NOT use the Service to create, distribute, or promote:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content that promotes violence or terrorism
- Hate speech targeting protected groups
- Harassment, bullying, or threats
- Defamatory or libelous content
- Content that violates privacy rights
3.3 Intellectual Property Violations
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Sell pirated or counterfeit products
- Violate trade secrets
- Create unauthorized derivative works
- Falsely claim endorsements or affiliations
3.4 Deceptive Practices
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Create fake reviews or testimonials
- Engage in astroturfing or fake grassroots campaigns
- Mislead buyers about product quality or origin
- Engage in bait-and-switch tactics
- Create phishing pages or scam content
- Impersonate individuals or organizations
3.5 Marketplace Violations
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Violate terms of service of connected marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc.)
- Engage in shill bidding
- Circumvent marketplace fees or policies
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans
- Manipulate search rankings fraudulently
3.6 Technical Abuse
You may NOT:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Software
- Circumvent license restrictions or usage limits
- Share, resell, or redistribute license keys
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service
- Scrape or harvest data beyond intended use
- Perform denial of service attacks
3.7 AI Misuse
You may NOT use AI features to:
- Generate content that violates AI provider terms (OpenAI, Google, etc.)
- Create deepfakes for deceptive purposes
- Generate spam or misleading content at scale
- Circumvent AI safety measures
- Create content to manipulate or deceive
3.8 Cryptocurrency Misuse
You may NOT use cryptocurrency features to:
- Engage in wash trading or market manipulation
- Launder money or proceeds of crime
- Evade financial regulations
- Create pump-and-dump schemes
- Violate securities laws
4. RESOURCE USAGE
4.1 Fair Use
You agree to use the Service fairly and not to:
- Consume excessive resources that impact other users
- Make excessive API calls beyond reasonable use
- Store excessive amounts of data beyond your tier limits
- Abuse free tier offerings
4.2 Rate Limits
We may implement rate limits to ensure fair usage. Attempting to circumvent rate limits is prohibited.
5. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining strong, unique passwords
- Enabling two-factor authentication when available
- Keeping API keys and credentials secure
- Reporting unauthorized access immediately
- Not sharing account credentials
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
When using integrated third-party services, you must:
- Comply with their terms of service
- Obtain and maintain necessary API keys
- Not violate their usage policies
- Accept responsibility for third-party costs
7. CONTENT STANDARDS
Content created or distributed using the Service must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Not infringe third-party rights
- Comply with applicable laws
- Meet marketplace content requirements
- Be appropriate for the intended audience
8. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
8.1 How to Report

8.2 Required Information
Include:
- Description of the violation
- Evidence (screenshots, URLs, etc.)
- Your contact information
8.3 Confidentiality
We will investigate reports confidentially and may not disclose outcomes.
9. ENFORCEMENT
9.1 Monitoring
We may monitor usage to detect violations. By using the Service, you consent to such monitoring.
9.2 Investigation
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.
9.3 Actions
For violations, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Suspend your account temporarily
- Terminate your account permanently
- Report to law enforcement
- Pursue legal action
9.4 No Refunds
Account termination for AUP violations does not entitle you to any refund.
10. APPEALS
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error:

- Include your account information and explanation
- Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days
- Decisions are final
11. CHANGES
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
