Autonoma is a small operation. Email reaches a person, not a queue, and that person would rather answer a question before you buy than process a complaint afterwards.

Buying a licence, renewals, or a question about the terms. Checkout is not live yet — get in touch and it will be handled directly.
Found a vulnerability? Please report it privately first and give us a chance to fix it before it is public. We will not take issue with anyone acting in good faith.
Two things answer most of what arrives, so they are worth checking first.
A provider says it is not configured. That is Autonoma telling you the truth rather than guessing: it ships with no credentials at all. Open Settings → API keys, find the provider, and add your own key. The API keys guide covers where each one comes from.
A post will not publish. Nothing publishes without an explicit approval recorded against a named person, and a post addressed to an account you have since disconnected will refuse rather than fail quietly later. The Social Studio guide explains the sequence.
If you are reporting a crash, the app writes a log next to its data folder and will tell you at the next launch if the previous session ended badly. Attaching that log turns a long conversation into a short one.
